Boring 'Round Here - Need a Hot Topic

Is it just me or has anybody else here noticed it's been pretty boring since Lewis left and even more boring since what's-her-name left (Claire?)?

I know it's just a timeshare and there really shouldn't be that much to talk about, but there used to always be something hot-topic going on and it just doesn't seem to be that way anymore. I'm about to decide that's a bad thing!

I applaud DVC Mike's unending efforts to get the fire started, but there just doesn't seem to be anything to burn. I guess it's nobody's fault, but it sure makes the forums boring (not just here).

Anybody else feel this way or is it just me?

I agree with WilsonFlyer. Since the opening of PVB, there hasn't been much in the way of discussion aside from occasional info about the VWL cabins. Not that there needs to be something particularly dramatic but the news and conversation has been pretty light around here. I find myself coming to the Boards lately out of habit more than anything else, and only spend a few minutes before I realize there is nothing new of interest and move on.

I think things will get fired up again once DVC makes the actual announcement for VWL2, and we see what the actual villas and cabins are going to be, the point chart, etc. That will cause a lot of discussion.

i tried to make a topic once on that grey area when traveling to Disney like saying your 10 year old is 9 to keep them on the kids menu and asked if its common.....people freaked out and called me a thief and then it was shut down.....lol i learned something last time i was down with fast pass plus and how people were taking advantage of the system......that would be a juicy topic also....
