Just generally feeling blah. No motivation to do anything today. I cleaned the kitchen this morning and put together a bookcase we bought a few days ago.

Now I just feel bored, lethargic and tired. Can't even get the motivation to go take a shower and get dressed. I am bored with the internet. I am kind of hungry but have no idea what I feel like eating or have the motivation to make anything to eat.

Don't you hate those afternoons .... I hate them.

Go put some makeup on, something pretty, and go out shopping. If you don't have the money right now, just window shop. Always makes me feel better. :goodvibes

I'd love to go shopping but I just don't have the motivation!! DS is napping too, but I could leave the monitor with DH who works out of the house. I don't really have the $$ right now but need to get some Christmas decorations.

Maybe if I just get up the energy to take a shower I'll feel better. I have stuff to make Chocolate Chip Cookies ... maybe I'll do that! Wish I had a TV in the kitchen ...

Go snuggle down on the couch with a blanket and a soap opera. It's good for you and the baby. You've had alot of stress with moving and settling in and trying to decorate. Just rest or come help me decorate for Christmas. ;)

Is it just "one of those days" or are you feeling this way more frequently? During one of my pregnancies I experienced pre-partum depression. Definitely something to get on top of before the baby's arrival.

Could it be winter blues? I suffer from that and using a lightbox is helping me immensely.

But if it's just a one-time thing, do what a previous poster suggested... hunker down and enjoy some restful time. You're entitled to take it easy! :cloud9:
