After checking out the November hours of operation (cut back some 2 hours per night the week of Thanksgiving at the MK from last year) and reviewing the posted times for events/parades, etc., I only needed to change ONE ADR to coincide with a fireworks show. That said, as I was explaining all that to the VERY helpful and professional CM making my new ADR and canx my old one, I told her why, i.e., the hours for November had just been posted. She said, "no, really?... we still don't have them posted here." She asked where on the Internet I had seen the hours posted and rather than try to spell out the gosh-awful long web site address, I just got her to Disney's main page and had her click on the correct links until she got to the calendars for all the different parks. Being the great CM she was, she thanked me profusely and we both agreed, with the hours now posted, we anticipated an avalanche of calls coming in tonight for ADRs.
Live and learn...
I'm sure they must have a different screen, but we both had a good laugh over this. I told him he may want to have a talk with his supervisor about all of this, there are many thousands of people waiting for this info and in my opinion it isn't up to par and not what I expect from Disney. I really do feel for these CM's. I'm not sure I could do a job like that. 
Curious why not til midnight like last year? Reserv. are down from last Nov? Or actually up and don't need to entice people with extra hrs to come then???
