Booooo! still no November hours

C'mon already. And I need December too... :rolleyes1

I think they are laughing at us and doing it on purpose, i am stressed my computer can't take any more bashing, lol.

I think this is taking longer than it takes Southwest to open up their reservations!!!!! I remember doing this exact same thing while waiting for them to open up so I could get my free air for this trip!!! I thought I was done with aggravation and now.............it's refresh time again!!!!! Different board, same problem!!! :earseek:

Maybe they are going to release November and December hours at the same time....might as well, they are already taking FOREVER!!! :worried:

Boy, I sure hope so! I don't want to go through this again next month. :rotfl:

With my luck, if they decided to do that they'd just wait til the beginning of October to post both. :badpc:

uugghh... this is getting so frustrating!! Last year I had to change most of my priority seatings.

I thought that since I work in the travel biz, I could call the WDW travel agent line and maybe, juuuuuusssst maybe, I could get a little inside scoop. Pffffttttt!!!!!!! Here's how the conversation went:

Me: So, can you tell me when the November hours will be released?

CM: Hang on...let me check the schedule here....(sound of papers shuffling)...

(Me, getting my hopes up that they KNOW SOMETHING but have been withholding!)

CM: Ummmm....they're not out yet.

Me: Yes. I know. I've been checking every day. On the hour. Every hour. (sigh) Any idea what the hold up is?

CM: Ummmm.....I have no idea.

Ok, on to plan C! No, wait....plan C is the same as plan A: checking the website every day, every hour on the hour!

I will be sooooo very upset if we have to change any PS's once those hours are released!

Maybe a light at the end of the tunnel (and NOT a train heading at us)...

I just tried (for the bazillionth time the past 2 weeks) to access to DW link (web page) from the main Disney site and it's NOT coming up. From experience at other sites, this typically results when a web page is being up dated...

We'll see....

A TON of pixixe dust is requested here and now...

I had no problem getting in.. and still no hours. :(

Ok, as of exactly 2 minutes ago, 2 different computers (mine and my adminstrative assistant;s) and two different web browsers (Internet Explorer and Mozilla)... no joy at the specific DW Parks web page....

Hmmmm???
:hourglass

I just pulled the page up w/o any problems and still no stinkin hours! I am getting ticked!

Another board I'm on posted and email response stating that "they could be posted anywhere between 30-60 days out". :rolleyes1 I'm hoping not but it seems they will be late. When I called dining at my 90 days out I was told to look for them around the 10th of September and the same 10th or so for December. SO NOT FAIR>

Dear KC,

Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney World® Resort.

We do not know why there is a delay but we do expect them very soon. We are waiting and as soon as they become available they will be released to the web site.

We appreciate your understanding.

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Sally Bowen

What the heck kind of *!^a@# answer is that? It is a NOTHING answer. I hope no one in my place of employment ever tells our customers that we know there is a delay, but we don't know why. The response should be, "find out why and fix it". I don't think this is the level of customer service that Walt envisioned. :guilty:

LOL I was thinking the same thing. Sometimes I think The Dis knows more than most CM's.

Well, it IS still pretty early. :goodvibes Maybe later this morning we'll see something!!!
