I find that over the phone is much the easiest thing to do. It's instant, free and you can check your points balance to make sure it agrees on the spot. While you are new to the
DVC the latter may not be so important as your account is probably straightforward, but if you ever get into banking and borrowing (and owning more than one resort as I do

) then it's quite reassuring to be able to check your points balance.
On the downside, I find they sometimes don't understand what I am asking and I occasionally take a moment to work out what's just been said to me - it's the English/English versus American/English thing I think

. This is just a small thing though.
As it happens, I sent an email last Wednesday morning to make a booking and I have still heard nothing so will be ringing this afternoon. Should have taken my own advice in the first place
