you have to book your park tickets with the dining plan from the actual brouchre, for example if going through virgin then you have to book the park tickets as well as the dining plan with them. don't let the travel agent book the park tickets through a seperate ticket agent.

Ok so if i book with first choice i can still ask for the disney dining it doesnt come up on line when i look but i would do it face to face any way as they match the price

we always buy our tickets when we get there I know people say not to but we actually founf it cheaper when there then any thing i found on line

:banana:we went with first choice last year, still flew with virgin, didnt see a first choice rep and hear from one the whole of our stay, lucky for us we didnt need a rep so i wouldnt go first choice again,i prefer to know that i can get hold of rep if i need to.

We used First Choice for our 2005 trip and they were fine, we booked the hotel and flights with them we also had the option of getting park tickets with them but for us it worked out cheaper to buy WDW and US/IOA tickets from someone else. It's still possible to get the tickets elsewhere online you don't need to go to a welcome meeting. They can give you contact details for your nearest rep when you get to Sanford Airport and pick up your welcome pack at the desk in the building opposite the main building ( you can't miss it walk over the zebra crossing and it's right in front of you) go in the door on the left hand side to the FC desk the staff will give you everything you need, accommodation vouchers and transfers. Many of them will go to a nearby hotel if not the one you are staying at and are very friendly.

I've never been to WDW with First Choice - but I will say their planes are great! The seat formation is 2-4-2 so if your in a couple you have a good chance of being sat in a 2, and their inflight entertainment was better than BA or Virgin - as you can stop/fast forward the videos and they have loads of games to play (that you can play against other people on the flight!). Drinks arent included - but you get a more legroom than BA/Virgin in economy too - this was great for us as we were on a 12 hour flight to Puerto Vallarta in Mexico!

We used the Premiere seats for our flights and they were in the premium cabin at the front and drinks were included and we had lots more legroom, we sat in the very first row of our cabin in a set of three in the middle. I think the seats were 2-3-2, this cabin has it's own toilet too which was good as it was only shared between a few passengers and we were very close to the galley. The cabin crew were very attentive and the meals were excellent, we had proper china plates and cups and real cutlery and glasses. It was definitely cheaper than booking similar seats with VA ( I think we paid £169 each in 2005 to upgrade it's now £199 return per person). All the seats had just been refurbished in lovely padded leather and they were much wider ( 36") and a better pitch than we've experienced in the past. If we use FC again we would go for seats in this cabin again it was much better than the economy class seats.
Only down side for us that lets FC down is they fly to Sanford when MCO is much closer, but if you get the transfers you'll still get to the hotels in around an hour from leaving the airport versus around 30-40 minutes from MCO... both depending on traffic naturally.

I have flowen with First Choice to Florida and Loved it as they are the only company that flies from my nearest airport to Florida. I dont need a rep this will be my 11th trip to WDW I know where to get my tickets and where to find places to eat personaly I hate excursions! I just wanted to know if Im not booking direct with Disney can I still book Disney dining ?

Why dont you phone them up? Most travel agents offer DDP as part of their packages (but seem to to charge more than £19.99 :confused3).

You could get your flights with first choice direct and book the hotel+tickets+DDP with disney uk if not?

if the tour operator sells the dining plan and you book a hotel and tickets with them then you should be able to book the dining plan.

As long as you have your WDW room reservation and tickets booked with them they should be able to add the DDP and adjust your balance for you to reflect the changes made.

Oh thank you thats great I was worried they wouldnt no any thing of it or like gemma said charge me more I went in there today and asked and said all they do really is book it for you which

i thought about booking a flight seperate and booking direct with disney but the flight seems really expensive from where we want to fly from (Bristol airport) I did think of getting a coach to gatwick stay over night in yotel and getting coach home the day we land but I like just being able to jump in the car and have a 30 min drive home after a long night flight x

Thats great Leanne :thumbsup2

Do they charge £19.99 per person on the DDP? I've seen Thomson and a couple of others charge £25 for the same thing!

she said it wouldbe what ever disney charge when we decide to go which is good :)
