Booking with Disney UK

Hi all

Just a quick question for anybody who has booked online with Disney UK. We booked with them for three weeks in August at SSR and I just wondered, do they send out any kind of paper travel documentation or is it all electronic? If they do send out paper, when should I expect to get that (for a stay that begins August 3rd)?

We have also booked with disney.uk and are also staying at SSR in August
(18th-29th) we recieved Confirmation in the post and then again when we paid the the full balance, but it is just confirmation you are booked and paid there is no tickets or anything.

We booked on 12th Nov last year for 16 nights at OKW this August (6th-22nd) got confirmation email within minutes. Nothing in post
Balance was due last week, no reminder, paid online, no email to say balance paid. Nothing at all from them. I guess I just take a copy of my email confirmation from last Nov.

just registered here and noticed your question.We'll (my wife Susan,daughter Eve(10) and me) be going to WDW for our fifth time on 30/07/09 staying at POFQ.Booked through disney.co.uk.We received vouchers for hotel/tickets/firework viewing etc around four weeks prior to departure date.Hope this is helpfull.

Great name, could just eat a Dole Whip now, we have free DDP in August I bet most of my snack credits go on Dole Whips, I prefer ones at Poly where I can make my own Dole Tower, its about same size as 2 at MK.

We received electronic confirmation until we paid our balance in full. I have now received travel documents in the post from them (about a week ago) we travel in 3 weeks.

After I paid the balance I received a confirmation which stated that I would received my travel documents at least 2 weeks before. I'm just waiting now ......

I was told the same thing when we payed off ours that we would get the documents 4 weeks before you can bet that I will be stalking my postie at that time

Has anyone had their documents arrive later than 2 weeks before? Thing is we fly to Newark on 1st October but don't actually fly to Orlando until 11th (doing New York and Boston first then an internal flight down) so if stuff doesn't arrive before we go it could be problematic

We booked last August by phone to Disney UK and received an invoice in the post a couple of weeks later. I'm assuming we received paper confirmation rather than electronic because it was over the phone. We've had nothing else though.

Did you book a flight inclusive holiday With Disney? or was it just a accomadation/park ticket/dining package.

I travel on the 5th August and have a flight inclusive holiday booked with them so maybe i will receive mine soon.

There were individual vouchers for our hotel stay, our park tickets and the various other onsite perks, so I would think you would definitely want your pack before you leave.

what about park tickets, or do you still collect them at check-in.
we have bought the 14 day ultimate tickets, which you cant get in the US. i know people have had problems when getting them added to their room key; but can they still issue the paper ones out there?

We have free DDP with our reservation so been told the tix have to be on our room key to qualify. Won't know til we get ther next month.

Our documents arrived today as well -we're also arriving in Disney on 2nd Aug!
There is an accomodation voucher and seperate voucher for ultimate ticket with dining plan. Prefered fireworks viewing vouchers - need to phone to try and book this. 30 min arcade card which the boys can have their first fight over
and voucher for ONE person for mini-golf - luckily I hadn't scheduled this in as I'd assumed it would be for 4 -silly me!
