Studios are always a challenge and no offense to anyone but I suspect the new
DVC members that first buy into BLT will be younger (with young children) with less disposable income and thus have an even higher appetite for studios. It does look like there are a good number of rooms, I do not recall the exact makeup of the rooms, I think mostly are lockoffs so there should be a good number of studios. This would also mean a good number of 1BRs and fewer 2BRs available unless DVC restricts the number of lock offs used at any one point as studio / 1BR.
Given this obvious scientific study

I think that studios and 1BRs will be in high demand particularly for high demand times for young families like Halloween, Christmas, etc. But like the other properties that are much smaller, if you book right at the 7 month window your chances will still be good.
If you are asking to see where you should buy, the old advice is still the best which is buy where you want to stay. Good luck!
