Booking window help please

I am looking at trying to put together a trip for next Dec/Jan.

My dates are Tuesday Dec 31 2019 to Sun Jan 5th 2020.

So on Thursday Jan 31 2019 I can book this reservation for the full 6 nights or only for the first night?
This is my first time looking for a hard to get studio and during a busy time (season).

Any assistance would be appreciated.

You can book up to 7 nights at the 11 month window, so you should be “one and done”!

I was thinking how in the world am I going to do this if I have to book each day separately,,,my Boss is nice but NOT that nice!
