When can you start booking room and vacation packages for 2014?

I'd like to know this too - couldn't find any info on the Disney website. Looking to book a long weekend in February

When can you start booking room and vacation packages for 2014?

You can call and book room only now - the deposit will be the 2013 rate for the date you book. If that rate changes when they release 2014 rates in late summer or fall, they will adjust the rate. As far as I know, you can't book packages until after they release the 2014 rates.

When can you start booking room and vacation packages for 2014?

Room only can be booked 499 days our by calling. As the pp said, you will be quoted the highest rate for 2013 for that particular resort/room type (which will automatically be adjusted once the 2014 rates are released), with a deposit equal to 1 night's room rate + tax required at booking. New rates have been known to come out in August, but have been released as early as June/July the last 2 years. If you want to book a package or book online, you have to wait until the new rates are released. Keep in mind that if you book room only now and change to a package later, the room only will have to be cancelled/refunded and a package booked, requiring a new $200 deposit. Room only and packages are different reservation systems, so money paid toward one cannot be applied to the other.
