Are they the same 11 month window? If buying resale and the expiration dates dont matter (Boulder Ridge 2042, Copper Creek 2068) should Boulder Ridge be the buy? A refurb is coming up and maybe a "Old Key West" extension to be offered? Or any type of 2042 extension if that is what DVC has in mind. I know no Riviera or new properties would fall under this resale.
