Booking Window at Copper Creek and Boulder Ridge

Are they the same 11 month window? If buying resale and the expiration dates dont matter (Boulder Ridge 2042, Copper Creek 2068) should Boulder Ridge be the buy? A refurb is coming up and maybe a "Old Key West" extension to be offered? Or any type of 2042 extension if that is what DVC has in mind. I know no Riviera or new properties would fall under this resale.

BRV & CCV are separate condo associations. If you only own BRV, you can't book CCV until 7 months. If you only own CCV, you can't book BRV until 7 months.

I would not count on any level of extension foe the 2042 resorts. The OKW situation was a mess and may still be.

But, as mentioned, these are two different resorts so no home resort advantage at the other.

VGF will be the same, and I could see an argument that the Treehouse Villas at SSR are sort of similar.
