How Hard Is It To Book Wilderness Lodge At The 7 Month Period For April? Is There A Chance If I Call Day By Day For Each Night, Or Does It Book Before The 7 Month Window?

If it's one of the April school vacation weeks it's probably very difficult, but anything is possible. Chances are you'll have to wait list, but it's worth a shot.

If i transferred in Wilderness Lodge points, does that let me book now?
ie: transfer the ability to book at 11 months?

If you transfer points into your account, they are supposed to stay the sort of points that they were before the transfer, so yes, you would have VWL points so you could book 11 months out. This is provided they are a suitable use year, and would be valid 11 months out. I am pretty sure that you can't bank the points once they are transferred to you.
