Booking trip through AAA

Should I get a AAA membership and book through them...Would I save money?? (I have just been booking through Disney.) We want to go in March and stay in an all star music family suite. I want the dining plan as well, but so far info on that for 2007 has not been released. Any help would be appreciated.

you can still book through Disney, just tell them you have AAA and they will apply the discount. You will miss out on a couple of extras that booking through AAA offers like the diamond parking pass.

We got AAA just for this trip. We did have to purchase a package through AAA. We could have done just a room only discount through Disney, but to get the package, we had to go through AAA. We wanted the dining plan, so that was important to us. You only get a discount on the room portion, but it sure helps! You get most of the same benefits as going through Disney (if not all), plus you get the Diamond Parking Pass, which is great if you are driving.
I can't remember off hand what we saved, but I know it was several hundred.
