Booking transportation from MCO

Hello everyone,
I'm attempting to book a towncar service from MCO for August. When I put in the info (this is Florida Towncar), it takes it, but I have never gotten a receipt, or even heard anything back.....I've done this with two different places now; the first one (forgot the name) I hadn't heard anything from, so thought I'd try a different place. Same results.
I never gave any kind of payment or anything, just the required general info as to the date/time, etc.
Should I be calling these places? I even emailed the Florida Towncar place to follow up, and haven't heard a thing. We are taking the Sunshine Flyer on the return trip, and that is all booked and paid for. I wanted to surprise my little boy with a limo/towncar when we arrived....this is frustrating! Can anyone recommend a decent, above board type place?

Sponsor of this forum is FL Tours they've been a sponsor for years and years, but as for the company you booked with, you might pick up the phone and call them to see if the booking took place. As reliable as email once was, we have more issues with people not getting legit business emails. Gmail in particular likes to dump them in various boxes rather then the Inbox.

Our transportation needs are different for this trip but I encountered similar difficulties. We need transport from TPA to the Gulf Coast, then from there to WDW. I submitted online inquiries with at least a half-dozen services I found and only heard back from 2. I tend to feel that if they have an online presence and can't/don't respond, I wouldn't trust their service. Good luck!

With your particular needs, a Tampa-based company will be your best bet.
