Do you have to wait until the 90 day mark to book an Epcot tour? Do you have to wait that long, just like making an ADR?

it is suggested to book a tour 90 days in advance. i booked the KTTKT in may for our september trip. even though it wasn't 90 days, they still took the reservation.

I tried booking the Segway Tour 3 weeks ago and the CM told me I had to wait for the 90 days! Now, there is nothing available over Christmas. I guess I will have to be the persistent one and call every day to see if there is a cancelation. Bummer!
