booking tickets with disney uk site

we're booking both the hotel and park tickets with the disney uk site and i was wondering if you collect the tickets from the hotel on check in or if they are posted out to you?

i would like to know as well as we have already booked and We normally just have them on our KTTW card

You get a voucher for the park tickets sent to you in the post, along with the voucher for your hotel, and when you check in they put them all on your KTTW card.

I ordered not that long ago and when you order the tickets you simply get a sheet to print off which you then scan at the park to get your tickets.

thank you for your help what exactly is a kttw card, i've only ever been to disneyland paris before and we just have our normal park tickets or annual passes, the wdw way is all new to me lol

When we booked with them we didn't receive anything from Disney. We printed of a receipt to show that we'd paid in full, handed that in a check in and tickets DDP etc were put on our KTTK card.
