booking thru travelocity

Just wondering....I booked thru travelocity, I'm 19 days out and haven't received my Mickey mail yet. shouldn't I still get something from disney?? First time booking with travelocity.

I believe these are considered RO reservations. If you got tickets they are nota aged together system wise via Travelocity. No MM for RO. The tickets don't even show up in Disney's system until a few days before pick up.

It is a ro reservation. Bought my tix at aaa which I have linked to mde. Just thought I might receive something from disney beforehand.

You won't get anything from Disney because you do not own the reservation, Travelocity does.

You would get DME documents if you signed up for DME with Travelocity or through the DME website booking. But you may not get any welcoming info from Disney. It's not a package reservation, so you woudn't get the coupons, etc that come with a package.

The only Mickey mail we have ever gotten with our room-only reservations is the magical express stuff. If you have set up DME (there's a link to do it from on Travelocity, on the page all about your resort) then that should have come. If you haven't then I wouldn't expect anything.

Thanks for the info everyone! We are renting a car so no dme. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything!
