I am wondering if we can get the free dining offered to the UK since we live in Sweden. I've worked it out and it is such a deal, and if we can flights at the same rate we got this year then it's even cheaper to book it though Disney than Virgin Atlantic.

However the cancelation policy gets to me. If any of my family get ill and we have to cancel then the cancelation fee is quite steep if you book online. Anyone know a way around this? Insurance maybe or? I'm not even sure we can get the deal, I haven't pushed all the way through yet but I'm hoping!

Thanks for any advice!

We have booked through Disney UK online and got the free dining for next September. We have our own travel insurance which we would have to try and use if we had to cancel.

Kristina,

If you want the free dining and a flexible cancellation policy etc (and only a small deposit to book) use Dreams Unlimited Travel, they are Disney travel agents, they know everything about Disney, will do your dinner reservations for you for free and do up an itinerary for you. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

If you want I can send you a PM with my travel agent's name and email, she was so helpful for our trip this year with free dining.

Good luck!

hehe that rhymed!

Sorry to disappoint you but Dreams Unlimited will not be able to book with the free dining, I emailed my DU agent Merrie and she looked into it but eventually came back to me to say that as it is a UK offer it has to be booked through a UK travel agent. In the end we booked accommodation and tickets through the Disney.co.uk website to get the free dining, even though it worked out slightly cheaper to get the accommodation via the US site the free dining made it worthwhile to book it via the UK site.

We booked with Disney.co.uk and it is totally fine - if you phone you end up speaking to them in USA anyway - it is just that the papers are sent from their office in the UK.

They are Disney. We went with the in February.
