Booking Through CRO?

When the AP rates come out I want to book my ressies through CRO not WDTC, I need the cancellation flexibility. How do I get CRO instead of WDTC?

You need to call Disney Reservations at (407) W-DISNEY and specifically ask to speak with a CRO rep. Please remember that Disney has just hired around 200 NEW rep's, they might not want to tranfer you, so I've heard, so be persistant.
