The only website I can find for booking the tgv is raileurope is the this where everyone would recommend buying tickets?

Also any idea when I should be able to book tickets for August?

:yay:

I use RailEurope every time to book tickets for the TGV. As long as you book at least 10 days in advance, you'll get the better priced fares, and that will be plenty time for the tickets to be posted to your home address (each time I've booked with them, the tickets have been at my home address the next working day, without asking for special delivery or anything like that :goodvibes)

when we booked our trip via lille, eurostar booked all of our tickets for us including the tgv from lille to marne le vallee over the phone.

Hi
My flight lands at terminal 2B on Sunday 17th May at 18.05pm, what time would you recommend booking a train for? Also advice on the returning flight on Wed 20th at 17.05pm would also be appreciated. There doesn't seem to be much difference in the prices between least and most flexible tickets, do you know the difference? Thanks again

Sorry for intruding on the post

I fly in and out of Terminal 1, so this would just be a guess for terminal 2. If you have luggage to pick up from your flight, and your flight lands at 18.05, I would suggest a TGV departure of no earlier than 18.45 (time to walk to your baggage claim area, go through passport control, pick up your luggage, and walk to the TGV station at terminal 2).
I'm getting the TGV from CDG to DLRP for the first time next month, my flight lands at Terminal 1 at 18.30pm, and I'm intending booking a TGV for around 19.10 (but I have no luggage to pick up).

For a return flight from CDG at 17.05, you want to be at the airport for 15.05 ideally. So a TGV leaving DLRP at around 14.50 or before would be fine for you.

I always book the cheapest TGV ticket for our return journey, there are explanations of the differences in the flexible tickets etc on the RailEurope site, when you click on a ticket price :).

Hope this helps,

That helps a lot, thank you. Deciding on transfers has by far been the hardest part of arranging this trip - I keep changing my mind as there are too many options!
