Will I be able to book the Candlelight Processional Dinner package online or do I need to call WDW dine (90 days out)? Do you know that if i am able to book it online will it be under the specific restaurant or under it's own category?

TIA,
Paula

We're hoping to find this out too...last year it looks like booking started in June, is it later this year due to the 90 day ADR's? TIA!!!!

You guys have to remember that last year, we were working with a 180 booking window. The details for the Candlelight Processional Dinner Packages came out just before the 180 window kicked in for the earliest possible Candlelight night was at the 180 window. I am assuming that with that logic, we are looking for an announcement around 120 days out from the earliest Candlelight date and the booking window to be opened shortly thereafter.

I could be completely wrong, but this is what I am thinking is going to happen. Who knows?!?! :confused3

All I know for sure is that I have my itinerary already laid out, so whenever this drops, I am prepared! I am also looking forward to any sort of advanced dinner arrangements for MVMCP nights. Those haven't been made available yet either. :rolleyes1

Thanks Lucky Bug! Have fun at the Poly :cloud9: and MVMCP! We love both!

There is no doubt that we will enjoy ourselves! :wizard:

We have gone to MVMCP several times over the past few years. It's always a good time and let's face it, the Poly never disappoints! :thumbsup2

We had a wonderful week at the Poly in March! :cloud9: It`s really it`s own vacation!! :goodvibes

Does anyone know how this works? Should I do it by phone or online?:confused3

TIA!
Paula

You can buy the tickets for the MVMCP on-line. I just bought ours and the dates are out.

When I called "they" said we can't book for the Candelight Dinner until 12/7 but maybe I heard wrong???

I believe the CP starts right after Thanksgiving...I'd be booking a dining reservation (which you book 90 days out) with the CP priority seating...so I'm not buying tix to get into the CP itself. The CP you can get into for free by waiting in a pretty long stand by line.

I'm just curious if I can book the restaurant PLUS the CP package thru the online process or do I have to call and talk to someone. If I can book it online is the CP package under the restaurant I want OR under a CP category by itself.

I think I'll just call WDW dine tomorrow to find out this answer.

Thanks.

Please let us know what you find out. I am interested in this as well.

I would assume it would be handled like the fantasmic dinner pkg, but I am not sure how that one is handled either. Maybe someone with experience with it can help us out.

When I contacted them, I was told that both the Candlelight and Fantasmic dinner packages would have to be booked via phone.

I hope this helps. :)

I have spoken to 8 different Cms over the past few weeks. In the past CP dinner pkgs were released in June/July. BUT adrs were 180 days then. The new CP dinner pkg booking window is 90 days. The Cms were unsure if it was 90 days out from the day you wanted it( like adrs)Or would all Dining pkgs be able to be booked 90 days from the first CP performance. Most thought it worked like the Fantasmic pkg and it was 90 days out.Nothing is definite yet.Stay tuned.

The narrators and dates are now available..see my thread here on the restaurant boards

You do not purchase tickets to CP. You purchase your meal at one of three tiers and then you get priority seating for one of that evenings performances. You must purchase the dining package, but you do not purchase any tickets(it is a free show). You can always try to go thru general seating for CP, but after trying this once 5 years ago(and waitng through one show), we have done this for the past 4 years. We always go xmas week so the crowds really limit your waiting in stand-by, but other times may be better. If you have the DDP, you can use it for the meal(we did last year). I am wondering about whether you will be able to do this online this year, also. I guess we will have to wait and see. I'm a bit concerned that I go from 12/27-1/01/10 this year and if they make you wait until 90 days..we may not get into any of the restaurants we like. Oh well..its a waiting game.
