In the past I have booked our airfare with SW to Orlando. I am wondering if it would be better to have a travel agaent to do it. We are going to travel over the december holidays. Anyone out there use a travel agent to book your SW fares. I have booked everything else myself. Thanks:):)

In the past, TA's would not ticket SWA flights because they didn't pay commission. Now that TA's charge a passenger a ticketing fee, they might be willing to do it, but a lot of them still will not. SWA isn't on their computer systems, so a TA would it the same way as you would, on the SWA website.

SW is in some of our computers it just depened on what reservation system it is they are on. But most of us do charge a service fee becuase it cost us to run tickets now. So if you are wanting to save money just do it online or over the phone or even just go out to the airport and pay it.
