Booking Room Only On Website

If I book a room only reservation on the Disney website and a discount code comes out in the future, will I be able to call and try to apply it to my existing reservations? I have used it in the past for existing reservations I've made over the phone, but wasn't sure if I could do it with web reservations.

No you cannot do this. I tried when the codes came out for this winter. You need to book a new reservation and apply a new deposit. You can cancel your internet ressie on the phone and they will refund you your deposit if it's within the allocated time frame.
