What is the refund policy if we need to change date/cancel?
Is this the same booking through DCL as well as Dreams Unlimited?

Concierge is non-refundable. everything else is 100% refundable until your paid-in-full date. And yes, it's the same policy whether you book through DCL or a travel agent.

SOME travel agents do have stricter rules than DCL, including fees for changes and earlier PIF dates. Make sure you check with any agent you wish to use regarding their policies.
