Booking Question

My husband and I are trying to decide between booking our trip for Feb 23-March 2 trip. We want to stay at POR. Should we book now and change if free dining comes available? We don't know how fast or if they would sell out during this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can always change your package anytime after you book it if you find a better deal, so I would go ahead and book it.
