I'm a new member to dvc and plan on using my points for 4 days in June 2011 at BCV. My husband receives a travel voucher from a company he works for but has to book through their travel agency. Is it possible for me to book the 4 days with my points through member services and than book 1 day from the travel agency and have the reservations combined into one so we wouldn't have to switch rooms. Not sure how it would work since I would be using a travel agency for that 1 day.:confused3

There is no way to guarantee that you won't have to move whenever you mix a cash and point reservation. You can certainly list it as a request, but they come from two different booking systems. However, you do have a better chance of staying in the room at BCV over many other DVC resorts, as there are no special booking categories, like BW view or near HH, to get in the way.

No matter what, you will have to check in again for the cash reservation, and get new room keys...but you may get to keep the same room.
