Booking question at FW

how far in advance can i book a campsite? we are planning on July 2, 2008 to arrive...thanks Linda

For some reason 500 days sticks in my mind, but that does seem too far in advance.

They will only guarantee the rate you pay after they have posted the new rates for next year. As an example the 2007 rates have not been released yet. You can book a site but the cost will be based on the 2007 rates weh they are released.

If you are looking at 2008 you can figure the rates will be published mid to late summer 2007.

I ahve been hearing that it is hard to get a site so if the rates don't come out until mid summer should I book when they come out? or try b4 with the understanding it will higher in the end? thanks Linda

I would always book as soon as I was sure of my dates. If the rates go up it really dosn't matter when you booked, you pay the same no matter what.
