I wanted to let all anal planners (like me 
) in on a little bit of information. I called DCL about doing the 7 night Western in June or July of 2004. They are only booking through April 2004. I asked the CM when I could expect booking in June/July to be available. She said probably not until later in the year. She told me that I could send a fax to DCL Inventory department (407-566-7739) stating what dates I was interested in along with the # people (and ages) in our group and what categories I was interested in. She said that I would be contacted by the inventory department as soon as the information was available. She also said that the inventory department gets the information before the other DCL CMs. Good luck to all planners!!
