My mums a travel agent and can get us a deal booking through disneyland paris with eurostar included for easter holidays next year with a bit of a discount :cool1::cool1:

It works out cheaper than doing eurostar seperately plus i have the bonus of only having to pay a 15% deposit - handy as its school holidays lol

I know i had heard that people were having trouble sitting together when they booked through disney - is that still the case ?

I suffer from GAD (generalised anxiety disorder) and i know i would not be able to cope being seperated from the family

Just wondered if anyone had any experience on this ?

Many Thanks

We booked our eurostar with the travel agent through a third party this year. Unfortunately they randomly give you tickets, we were seated in a line rather than at the same table. I phoned eurostar and they found my booking and changed our seats for us for no charge they were really helpful if I had gone back to the travel agent they would have said there was nothing that could be done. So I would suggest booking through disney if it is cheaper than booking direct with eurostar and then phoning eurostar to check if they have sat you together and change if you need to. Hope that helps x

That was good that Eurostar were able to change you :thumbsup2 we've read a few horror stories on here over the years where people have only been able to sit together when other passengers have taken pity on them, although this could be because they didn't have the foresight to contact Eurostar immediately.

Must say I'd be playing it safe and booking Eurostar DIY in order to choose my own seats, especially in busy school holidays, but can totally understand why you want to book with Disney for the discount, who wouldn't want that! Good luck for all being seated together and if not pixiedust: that you can get it changed.

I booked my trip in September 2012 through a travel agent, and we later rang Eurostar who changed our seats for us so we could have a table. They didn't send us new tickets to replace the ones that the travel agent had provided; we had to go to a kiosk when we arrived, and they printed to new ones before we checked in. It wasn't school holidays though, so perhaps this made a difference with being able to change seats. Could you ring Eurostar before you book just to see what seat availability is like for your dates? So you know if you could change them if you do book through travel agent.

When eurostar changed our seats for us the man on the oh knee gave us the ref code so we could print our tickets from the eurostar website which I checked whilst he was on the phone but was having problems so he emailed me the PDF of the new seat tickets to print off so maybe just ask them to do that for you if you need to change your seats. Like christieand though our dates were outside school holidays x
