Booking our first trip home.

Since we are still waiting to close on our VWL purchase(which should happen any day now), I'm trying the tactic of waiting for our 11 month window and am waiting for August 20th to try and book the entire trip for next July. As I read these boards, I'm beginning to worry that we might not get the week of July 14-20th because I didn't call every day. What are your thoughts-is it OK to wait and book the entire trip at once or would it have been better to call each day?

If you can call each day, I would.

Member Services may try to discourage you and suggest that you wait, but, if you're as neurotic as I am, I would call every day regardless.
