Booking onsite not through Disney - add DDP?

We are looking at booking Pop through Expedia and our tickets through Disney. Once I have my Disney confirmation number from Expedia, can I add the DDP to my room, and if so, how do I do this?

'm pretty sure you can't do this. In order to have the dining plan, you have to book a package which includes tickets.

Um, no, because you have to book a package, i.e. hotel, tickets and dining plan through either Disney or another TA but all from the same agent.

Joh is correct - hotel, tickets & DDP have to be purchased together. I don't believe Expedia sell Disney "packages" either.

TBH you are probably saving much more on buying a discounted room than you would ever save by buying the DDP. The DDP for most people are not a good deal if you have to pay for them. Personally, if you are worried about having everything pre-paid put the money you would have spent on the DDP on a seperate pre-paid card and use it for your food - my guess you will have money left at the end of the trip
