OUR NEXT CRUISE HAS TO BE WITH MIL AND FIL. IF WE BOOK ONBOARD CAN WE BOOK FOR THEM AS WELL. WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL OR SWITCH DATES CAN WE DO SO WITHOUT LOSING $?WE WOULD PROBABLY BE INTERESTED IN WHATEVER NEW SAILING THERE IS FOR NEXT SUMMER.

Yes you can book for them while onboard. You'll need the deposits for both rooms. You can cancel upto 60 days before sailing without penality.

We almost did this (wish we did now) all they need is the name of an adult in the room. That is what the sales rep on the ship told us anyway.
