booking on cruise

I am doing a 3 day cruise in Feb on which I want to book a 7 day what perks are they giving now to book onboard. My question is can I then switch the reservation over to say dreams to get their perks to or do I have to stay with just one

The only way to get the Castaway Club credit is to book onboard, so it's definitely worth it. And you can certainly can then transfer it to Dreams after booking (write to webmaster@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com for details) and then receive the Dreams rebate on top of what you have already booked.
