What activities could be booked before ever setting foot on the ship? For instance, could I book bibbidi bobbidi boutique before the cruise or could I only book it once on the ship? If there are any on board activities that could be booked ahead of time, how early could I do so?

Almost everything can be booked in advance on your check-in date, including Princess Gathering, BBB, Pirate's League, Palo, Remy, etc. When it opens will depend on your Castaway Club status; if you are Silver, some things may be full up. There are some held back for booking on embark day, via standing in line.

What's the possibility of being able to book something once its sold out? Do things typically open up?

Excursions, it is a maybe. Other stuff, they do hold slots for people to book when they embark, but it will depend on your PAT and willingness to wait in line on those.

I know last time we were not aware you could prebook Princess/Frozen meet and greets, and so when we did find out it was all sold out. We made that our first job once we boarded, and were able to secure tickets for both. This year, I am watching the Port Adventures cos ours was sold out at 90-days. I don't believe it will come through, but we will see

Wow, hopefully these special events do not sell out before we could start booking them. If not, I guess I'll be busy upon arrival on the ship while dw and the kids explore on their own. Where do you book these events on board? Guest services or elsewhere?

It usually tells you where to go on the Personal Navigator, which you will get at check in at the port

Thank you
No problem. The only thing to consider is that generally these places are not all next to each other. I remember on our previous cruise the Frozen/Princess meet & greet tickets were at Port Adventures, we had to go to a main dining room (can't remember which) to sort out some dining issues, and I think we had to go to Guest Services for something else. Last time we all went together; this time we are dividing and conquering! :thumbsup2

Is the on-board "late" bookings also available for the adult beverage tours? They were all booked up when our window opened!

Within 24hrs of the 90-day window opening up they were mostly gone! There were three or four gone when we logged in. I considered doing the champagne one, but when I went back in the next day, it was gone. :( Oh well, no biggie, not really a drinker anyway! Good luck trying to get space on board. You never know, people changes plans all the time.

We were on the Fantasy the first of the month, they list only 2 mixology classes available for advance booking. But onboard they offered other times for mixology.
