booking holiday inn online

have just been comparing prices and it looks like it is a similar price to book the package at cheyenne as it is to book the holiday inn via the holiday inn website and get fantasy annual passes for the 4 of us.

I have been online to look at the price of the holiday inn and it's a good price but i cannot find anywhere how much the deposit is when booking online, it says one is taken but doesn't indicate anywhere how much it is??

Can anyone help?

It says that a deposit on the entire stay is due at time of booking and that a no show will result in the entire amount being charged to your card. I would take this to mean that you pay up front for the whole lot.

However, HI is a lovely hotel and offers a great rate for the quality of the place. You will also benefit from free annual passes for kids under 7 if you are going before September so it's a good deal.

My understanding is that there are several prices for Holiday Inn. The cheapest rate means you pay all upfront and is non returnable. We went for the slightly more expensive option - flexible rate I think its called which means we only paid a small deposit (cant remember how much) then pay the rest when we are there. This can also be cancelled up to so long before (I think the day before). If you hunt about on their website it does explain the different options somewhere. We have also gone for the room only - no breakfast as we figured we would prefer to just get up and go and grab something in the park

Yes, it depends which rate you choose. The 3 day and 14 day advance prices are better, but like I say, you lose all your money should you cancel. The flexi rate is more accomodating and it seems you pay 1 night up front and this is the deposit you would lose in case of cancellation.
