Booking Halloween on Opening day?

Thanks to all of you I know that the cheapest way to book a cruise is to book on opening day. Also that cruising is cheapest in February and September. September works out well for me as I'd like to book a Halloween on the High Seas cruise. However those cruises aren't announced on opening day.

What's the best way to book the Halloween cruise on opening day in September? Are most dates after mid-Sept. will be Halloween cruises?

Thanks for that! And it was sort of what I'm looking for. That tells me that any date in Sept 2016 was a Halloween Cruise for the Dream and Fantasy. I'm wondering how much I can trust that to be true for 2017 or 2018?

Going in Sept 2017 on the Fantasy. It is a Halloween cruise and I think the prices are still at opening day (any ways the price of my cruise is still the same and I booked in May)
