Booking Goofy Sports Simulator on board

Hi everyone,

Going on the Fantasy 1/29 Western. First DCL cruise. I have a 10yr old who's interested in the Goofy Sports Simulator. We booked a time in the booking window and it's booked up completely now. The time we have is conflicting with a port excursion we'd like to go on. Is there a way to change our time and/or book a new one for the simulators on board? Would anyone know where I would go on the ship to make that booking? Thank you!

Upon boarding you can message the port adventures team on the app. I believe there were certain times that they were at the port adventures desk, but they were very limited if so.

In the past I was able to book a time at the Port Adventures desk upon boarding.
