Booking FP+ -- Everyone onsite but arriving different days

My whole family is planning a trip in early February 2016, but will have various overlapping schedules. My sister arrives on a Tuesday, my parents on a Thursday and my family on Saturday. We will spend Sunday and Monday at the parks together.

When my sister's 60-day window opens up, can she make FP+ for everyone on Sunday and Monday?

I saw this in the FAQs on booking windows and didn't know if it applied to onsite guests arriving on different days:

"The only exception to this is if an offsite guest is linked to or listed on an onsite guest's MDX reservation--then that guest is also eligible for the 60-day window (booked by the onsite guest)."

Did everyone book packages? If so, everyone's booking window opens at exactly 60 days out from their check-in day.

If all MDEs are linked to your sister's, she would still have to wait until 60 days before the check-in days as that is how packages function in the FP system.

If you have room-only and separate tickets linked, then yes, she can book for everyone when her window opens.
