Booking for Via Napoli and Hacienda de San Angel?

Anyone know when ADR's can be made for these two new restaurants if they are scheduled to be open in time for the F&W festival?

Now perhaps? Has anyone tried?

from what i've read, ADRs should start up sometime in july or august. i've also read they expect it to be open in the fall. so...hopefully they'll be ready for F & W!
