Okay, so the DD is getting Married December 8, 2018. While she would LOVE to have a "Disney Wedding", I think the costs are just not feasible. (although I wish I could afford to give it to her.)
Anyway, they wanted to "Honeymoon" in Disney, but they soon realized, as a young couple (they will be 21 and 24 when they get married), they won't have the means to make the "Disney Honeymoon" the way they want (They can't rent a car, they don't have the money for Travel, accommodations AND tickets as well as things life food and souvenirs).
DW and I wanted to make a trip, at some point in our life, to be at Disney during a New Year, so the plan (hopefully) is that we drive down with the TT and bring the "newlyweds" with us. They will then get their own accommodations (assuming they really don't want to be in the TT with Mom, Dad, and Little Sister) and they can enjoy their honeymoon and still have the freedom to come to the Camper for meals, a visit, or whatever and of course transportation is no longer a cost for them.
So.... Here is the question. We want to check-in somewhere between Christmas but before New Year (probably looking to check-in on the 28th or 29th of December which is the Friday or Saturday) and then staying for a week and going home. Even with the 499 day policy the DW is worried that we won't be able to get a site because those looking to stay for Christmas are likely staying through the new year and they will be able to book roughly a week before we would be able to. I don't think, in that week, it would fill up, just wondering if anyone else has any insight on this?
EDIT: Oops... DW is already married... I meant to say DD.... How embarrassing.
