Booking for Easter Week 2019

I'm sure all of you know the answer to this but I don't so...

When does Disney release their package rates for the following year? I looked on their website but it only goes thru December 2018 & I'm ready to book for Easter week of 2019. Long story short DH & I had our trip booked, ADR's set, everything in order, shopping started, etc. for our trip leaving in 3 weeks & my M-I-L fractured her hip. Her surgery is set for a few days before that sooo, no trip for us this year. Obviously, of course she's more important than a vacation so we canceled everything to be here in town.

But, since I'm still bummed that we aren't going I want to book next year's as soon as possible just so I can start dreaming again.

@sponica is correct for when they usually release rack rates. Just wanted to add you can reserve a room only via phone up to 499 days out if you really want to make one now.
