Booking for April 2009

Could someone tell me when I can call and book rooms for April 2009? Also, when hours and ticket prices will be released for that time frame?

April hours will be released on or around October 1. And as for ticket prices, Disney can change those five times between now and April, or the prices could be the same as they are now.
