Booking for 2011

I know this is way ahead into the future, but when should I be able to book for 2011 stay? I wanted to be able to book enough ahead to have time to pay on it a little at a time. What about room only then adding the package later on? Thanks!

I think I read somewhere that you can book a room only reservation at 499 days (I could be wrong, someone please correct me if I am). I'm not sure when you can book packages.
