When can I book for a trip in September 2010?

we are going in january and those dates aren't open either. i'm guessing they will open all of 2010 up at the same time. when i tried to book earlier this year one person told me june-july they would be opening 2010. another told me not until sept.

The past several years it has been August when they opened bookings for the following year.
