I just booked my Buy 4-Get 3 WDW Vacation Package on the Disney website.
I had already researched airlines, fares, times, etc. independently and found that Disney was offering the same sale fares as my favored airline. So for convenience, I went ahead and just booked it all at once through Disney with one single transaction.
Now I'm freaking out about it a little bit. Not because I don't trust Disney to actually book the flight I requested and paid for. Just because I like to have control over my flight information and ability to request seats, etc. In the past I've always purchased my flights separate from my package.
My question is this... besides the confirmation I received via email, and the one I'll probably get in the mail... is there any other flight information that will be coming to me with my other trip documents? If I want to request specific seats, do I need to contact Disney Travel? Or is there any way for me to speak directly to the airline about my flights?
Sorry if this has been discussed many times over. The search function seems to be taking sooooo long lately and I'm having my usual post-package-purchasing-panic.
Thanks!
