Booking Flights Early?

Has anybody managed to get a good deal on flights or flydrives booking 10-12 months in advance?
We are currently looking for next July but it all seems a bit on the high side at the moment. One or two good package deals though.

You should be able to book fly-drives as soon as the holiday brochures are available that cover the time of year you are planning to go. For flight only the earliest you can book is 11 months before.
