Booking Fastpass + prior to package

We having a free dining package booked with our tickets included. I booked an additional 2 nights before our package starts and want to use Fastpass + on one of the days. I know I can pick up our package tickets 3 days ahead of the package starting but how can I book Fastpass +? I am ready to call for advice.

You make FP+s in your MDE account 60 days out from your check in date.

I just came to post about the exact same thing. We were going to do Universal but we might just add 2 nights room only at a value instead for various reasons. I would add park days to my package tickets, and try to pick them up early. I assume that since I will still be onsite and have a ticket linked to MDE that I should be able to book fastpass+ for the first two days as well. But I'm not sure. Best to wait for someone who actually knows to come along.

Since the system sees it as two separate reservations, you can only make FP+ reservations for the package because that is the one that has tickets attached. You can make FP+ reservations for the days on the room-only portion when you go to guest relations to pick up your package ticket early.
