Booking events for a 2 year old

If I try to purchase CRT for my current 2 year old (3 when we go on the trip) it does not charge her. I assume the same thing will happen if I try to book a dessert party or any other special event. What on earth am I supposed to do? I don't want to buy tickets and then she not be able to get in somewhere. Any help is much appreciated!

i would call and tell them you want to book for 2 adults and 1 child. trust me, they'll take your money. lol.
