Booking DP with AP?

Some time ago there was a lot of buzz about AP rssies being allowed to add DP after April 1 along with DVC folks. HAs there been anything further on this?

The DVC DP has been officially announced on the dvc website starting April 1. However, the AP information must've been just a rumor, because nothing ever happened.
