Booking DME Online ??

Hi Guys..

I have searched online & im sure this has been asked a million times but can you still book DME online ?? I tried a few links and it takes me back to DW Homepage and cant see where to book

I did it online for last year's trip. I had to do it twice. Then it showed up on my reservation but when the vouchers came I didn't have one. I called them and they hadn't received the info I'd submitted.

I then called them and they had no record of me at all, despite that I had 2 confirmation emails from them. They just added my info over the phone and told me to show up at the desk, which is what I did and all was well.

I did it through Disney with the booking this year as it just seemed easier. The agent did tell me that DME does not confirm the details in their system until 48 hours before so it's common to see it noted on your reservation but for them not to be able to find it. This may explain why it didn't appear to be on their system when I called them last year

I got my Mickey mail yesterday and no ME vouchers. Called to confirm and they told me that as we booked it online and not on the phone I won't get vouchers.
We didn't have last year from memory (forgot until DH reminded me) but they had our booking we made online so it was ok.

I wouldn't be too concerned. We've booked online every time and just printed out the confirmation and taken it to the desk on arrival. Even if they don't have a record of your booking, they will sort you out a bus to get on with that confirmation email.
